| Great Northern Mock Tuna Salad|

1 (15-oz) can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
NOTE: I add a dash of kelp seeds (available in spice sections) and/or bay seasonings to lend a hint of the sea to this salad. Makes great sandwiches and good on saltine crackers. Other notes: *Finely chop sweet (or dill) pickles if you don't have relish on hand. **Nayonnaise or Vegannaise (or other vegan substitute) will make this dish vegan.
